Keeps You Moving Forward

5 years ago I had a serious workplace accident and a very long recovery. Meghan and her staff have supported me throughout my recovery. Now I continue appointments to maintain the progress and decrease the occurrence of future concerns. Amazing support received from everyone of the staff.

first time doing physio. both the front desk reception and Jesse, who I saw, were so friendly and helpful. made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. decent pricing as well, on the cheaper side I've seen in the city. a very pleasant and helpful experience!

Had an awesome experience with Chris. He was very sympathetic and has got me back on track. Chris is very knowledgeable and took time and patience to explain to me the exercises I needed to do to strengthen my hip muscles. Thank you ☺️

Meghan is amazing!! She is knowledgeable & informative. Even better, she is personable & so fun to talk to!! While physio can be quite a close & personal experience she makes you feel comfortable the entire time. Each visit I've felt valued and cared about. Shout out to reception as well. Coming from a similar job role I really appreciate them welcoming me by name each visit after only coming in once prior! It really makes you feel valued as a patient and does not go unnoticed. Keep up the great work & I'm glad to have found such a wonderful place for my physio and massage!!
